The gaoler reported that he had written a statement of the peculiar circumstances under which Thomas Hostler is confined, and has been during four years, he had transmitted the statement to the JHome Department and received an answer that Thomas Hostler would be recommended to his Majesty to be discharged. The Turnkey reported the number and description of the sick prisoners to be as follows: James Peacock - weakness, Old House of Correction. John Smith - pain in the legs, Old House of Correction. Henry Bartram - pain in the side, Old House of Correction.
