    Solemn Declaration of John Green of Woburn, gentleman: - the principal sum of £1,200 portion of £3,780 mentioned in MN36/18-19 was vested in Joseph Morris (now dead), Samuel Davis (now dead) and John Green as trustees in a deed poll of 12th September 1833 by Thomas Beach Whitehurst, Joseph Morris, Samuel Davis and John Green and that ultimately by virtue of the trusts the £1,200 and interest became vested in Thomas Beach Whitehurst alone for his own use; - the two principal sums each of £2,145/4/7 in MN36/25/26 and MN36/28 were money from the sale of land at Husborne Crawley on 13th March 1824 by James and Mary Ann Warr to Thomas Higgins and John Cole and settled to certain uses for the benefit of James and Mary Ann Warr and their issue.
