- TitleLetter from C.R. Wade-Gery. Has met with Mr Wilkinson who is to write to Joseph Topham for instructions regarding tenant right. Wade-Gery's view is that they are entitled to a valuation for seed and labour expended on the land which has been cropped, and an allowance of half a years rent, rates and taxes from Michaelmas last in respect of the cropped land and the grass, also for hay, straw and fixtures. Mr Wilkinson thought Satfford and Topham might come to an agreement without a formal valuation.
