    -- Messuages in Hall End, Maulden, late in the occupation of Edward Horne and now of Lawrence Sinford of Maulden, yeoman; -- a close of 6 acres between the land late of Francis Child west & east, and the Highway south, -- a close of garden and one of wood with a stone pit adjoining, containing 5 acres, between the land late of Mr. Essington west, and late of Lord Bruce but now of the Duke of Bedford east; -- 2 acre meadow, one between the meadow of Richard Peirson east and of George Webb west; the other between the meadow of George Webb east and of John Charles west; -- 1 1/2 acre meadow in Hollington meadow, between the meadow late of Lord Bruce, now of the Duke of Bedford west and east; -- a messuage in Greenfield, Flitton, formerly in the occupation of John Stephens and now of Richard Merry, and a close of 2 acres butting on the common green east, the close of Alice Beaumont west, the road of Greenfield to Westoning south, and the land late of Thomas Beaumont north; -- 4 1/2 acres in the open fields of Flitton and Pulloxhill, (of which 2 acres are in Greenfield, abutting on the land formerly of Sir William Bryers and now or late of Thomas Beaumont east, and on the land formerly of Edward Pennyfather and now of Alice Beaumont west, the land formerly of John Pearles and then of Thomas Beaumont north & south; -- 1 1/2 ac. in the same field butting on the highway north, the land of Thomas Beaumont south, east and west; -- 1 acre in Great Northfield abutting on the land late of John Pennyfather and now of Charles Fletcher, clerk north and east, and on the Highway from Pulloxhill to Greenfield west, and on the land late of Thomas Beaumont south; -- a close containing 1 rood in a meadow formerly called Mill mead and now called the Doles, abbutting on the land of Alice Beaumont south, and the land of John Manfield west and east; all the above being in Flitton and Pulloxhill, and formerly in the tenure of John Stephens and then of Richard Merry.
