- Scope and Content“She was taken from Buckden to our grandfather’s at Staughton to catch the Bus then running from Kimbolton to St. Neots. From St. Neots by train to London by Great Northern Railway to station which she thinks was Holloway something (quite countrified). While with Aunt and Uncle Henry at London she was taken by them to see some public event (such as opening of Parliament) passing D.of W.’s barricaded for protection. She saw the building for the great Exibition of 1851 before it was finished. Thinks both on same day”
