I am 23 years of age, was born in St Mary, Bedford where my father Daniel Attack then resided and belonged. When I was about 14 years of age I was placed out apprentice by the Trustees of Harpurs Charity (by Indenture dated 20th May 1823 now produced) to my father Daniel Attack for seven years. I served the whole of my time in the said parish of St Cuthbert with my father who then lived there. I have not done any other act to gain a settlement. I was married in 19th instant at St Cuthbert to Eliza Malden.
