    Reports 1) Donations £1437 6s; annual subs £84 10s; total £1521 16s [arrears £113 8s 6d] 2). Money deposited at Barnard's Bank, bedford on 3% interest. 3) Two sites offered - one on property of T C Higgins at Northey [Farm in Turvey] the other near Bedford on property of Rev. Richard Fitzpatrick. 4) accept Higgins - 21 year lease at £15 per annum. £12 10s be paid for immediate availability. Buildings on expiration of lease (should Institution be remvoed) to be offered to Higgins; if refused materials removed & sold. Land adjoining may be occupied according to needs of Institution. 5) Plans prepared by Thomas Jobson Jackson, County Surveyor. description of buildings to be erected; not to exceed £800. 6) Need for suitable Superintendent 7) Need to appoint trustees & committee of management.
