-- rushes growing in that part of the river Ouse belonging to Jeffery Fisher in Radwell (excepting the water of the river and the ground covered by the same and fish; with liberty of Jeffery Fisher to fish.) Daniel Brown not to prejudice growth of rushes but to cut them at seasonable times; not to cut them sooner than 1 August or in late harvest 6 August. Witnesses: George Allison, Richard Lovesey. endorsed: to take up Mr. Brown’s bond and notes. 1 April 1775 received of Mr. Brown £6. 6s in full of rent to Lady Day 1775.
