Agreement & Lease for 3 years: John Chester of Chicheley, esq., & John Stoughton of Lidlington, warrener. -- The stock of rabbits & Coneys in the warren in Combe Park; the lodge & the 2 Lawns adjg., cont. 32 ac.; also (with the consent of Sir Anthony Chester) the stock in the 2 Coney Hills on South side of the Park & adjg. the pale. Lessee to keep up stock. Lessor to keep up stock of deer in the Park & may increase it to 100. Lessee to fodder the deer in winter, take care of the fawns, & kill deer on receipt of a warant.
