Edith Berry to her children, and in default to Anthony Garlick
of Greatham, Lincs., farmer, son of testator's late br. Anthony
deced. for life, then to heirs of Wm. Hull formerly of Pisford,
who devised estate to testator's late wife born Lydia Balls
(mother of dau. Edith Berry and a son William now deced.) and
which descended to son William, and on his death to testator.
