It is intended to sell the property in Cheshire and Essex as soon as possible.
ii) as trustee for i) had by mistake raised £200 out of the trust funds of father, William Dodge Cooper Cooper, and so it was decided to consider it as a loan at 5% interest from ii) to i)
i)'s share in lands to be charged with payment of said £200 load to be repaid when property sold.
