It has become necessary to enlarge School premises and iv) and v) have agreed with iii), who holds surrounding property subject to 2 mortgages of 1 and 2 February 1882 as specified in 1st and 2nd parts of Schedule, for sale of part of property
Said sum and interest is still owing
Now in consideration of £32 10s paid to iii) by v) with consent of i) and ii)
i) and ii) as mortgagees by the direction of iii) and consent of iv), release, and iii) confirms, to v) - piece of land in Harlington (21½p) [as in plan on deed - which shows the land surrounding the School on three sides]
To be held discharged from all principal and interest under said mortgages
Subject to covenants in deed of 6 March 1873 v) will fence said property i), ii) and iii) acknowledge right of v) to production of documents as in Schedule
