Green in Ampthill in the occ. of John Lathwell, the street from Maulden to Ampthill called Church St. on S or SW of sd. mess., and the backside or garden belonging to the messuage of tent. there lately conveyed by (i) to Charles Copperwheat N or NW (the other bay of barning to be conveyed to sd. Chas. Copperwheat) - piece of garden ground of Benj. Green belonging to the same mess. in the occ of Jn. Lathwell extending in a right line from the corner of the barn with the said street 66 ft. in length, with a brick wall on part of it, to be 21 ft. wide all of which is intended to be built upon
