Scope and Content
Devises all his messuages and heriditaments in Todd. to wife Joanna for her widowhood, and then as follows; the cottage wherein testator dwells to his son James Fensom; and the mess. adj. known as '' Jones' in the occ.of Danl. and John Randall, to
his dau. Rebecca. Devises also to James and Rebecca 17 acres of land known as Blindall, as tenants in common. To his dau. Mary Fowler for life, the land known as Heffer Ridley, lately purchased from Geo. Shaw of Todd., and then to John and Ann Fowler, her children. To his two sons Wm. and John, 4 mess. in Todd. in the occ. of Wm. Hide, Thos. Attlews, Henry Franklin, Geo. Valentine, and Thos. Bates, late the property of John Bishop, as tenants in common; to his two daughters, Eliz., wife of John Barrow, and Sarah Fensom, the other messuage devised by John Bishop, in the occ. of James Fensom, Thos. Sanders and Thos. Garner, as tenants in common. Various other requests to the above legatees. Exors.
