Scrap note in a letter format written by Frederic Thomas Tanqueray and addressed to Hall… ‘Messrs. Howes & Co have sent me Harris’ deeds & have only charged me the postage. The title seems all right. Henry Harris purchased the property in 1889 for £900 and made it over to his son G.D. Harris by deed of gift of the 22nd December 1902 There are 18a 2r 10p’.
