Draft Transfer of mortgage (Lots of annotations and corrections) Parties: (i) Rev. Frederick Kent Clarke of Orcheston, Malvern Wells, Worcestershire, Clerk in Holy Orders and George Herbert Clarke formerly of 37 Birch Grove, West Acton, Middlesex, head school master but now of 2 Montague Gardens, West Acton. (ii) Francis Pierre Dusautoy of Ampthill, Beds, civil engineer. Reciting: - Mortgage dated 12th Mar 1903 between (1) Jane Rebecca King (2) George Row Clarke & John Wright. - Principal sum of £600 is still owing upon the security of the above mortgage - J. Wright died on the 21st Feb 1906 - G.R. Clarke died on the 30th Mar 1908 and by his will dated 20th Mar 1901 appointed (i) his trustees. Operative: - (i) transfers the principal sum of £600 and all interest to grow thereon to (ii). - (i) transfers the property which acted as security for the recited mortgage to (ii). (See HN10/355/Dusautoy2 for an unclear plan of some of the property). Habendum: - Unto and to the use of (ii) subject to the usual mortgage provisions for redemption.
