    Thanks for yours. I am free on Monday 23rd inst, so let us say that day for your visit. I shall be glad to see you then. I have been much upset lately because my old Bailiff, Rayment, has died at the age of 80 having been with me for 48 years. This gives me a lot to see to. He had been seriously ill for several years, but was a capable & loyal servant & I shall miss him a great deal. My granddaughter & her mother are here. The grandson broke down on his motor-bike coming along, but was not hurt, but caused us some anxiety. I have got my hay in but not thatched yet. The weather has been bad for harvesting.
