Reciting: - Mortgage dated 27th Jan 1687 from (1) George Webb of Ampthill, innholder & Elizabeth his wife to (2) John Richardson for £130. (1) conveyed (a) to (2) as security for the repayment of the sum of £149/10/-. - Further charge of £15 dated 22nd Oct 1689. - Mortgage sum was not paid off according to the provisos in the indenture so the estate of (2) became absolute for the residue of the said term.
