Rogers:- 5 guineas. To (ii) estate in Maulden and Beds. on trust: to sell & use money as directed in will, and 2/- weekly to bro. Tim. Jennings. Rec. My. Cann marr. Ralph Reddall late of H. Hempstead, victualler and he became entitled and received 5 on 16 September 1751 but never issued a discharge. Since decd.., My. then marr. Ric. Cann. Rec. all others of (i) have received legacies.
