    Letter: from Richard Dillingham at No 21 Kite & Balloon Section RFC Camp, [France] to Christine Dillingham at Kings Road, Flitwick - writer is glad to hear that his wife and children are alright; - notes that they are having some nice weather and that today had been quite warm and "Jolly nice"; - notes they are very busy and that the camp has become like a small town; - asks his wife to send him some pomade as "I have had the luck to find a few of those small animals on me. So I reported it the next morning and the officer had the hut cleaned out and the inside washed down with disinfectant "; - notes he knew he would get some as men near him had had them for some days, "It has made me feel very miserable ever since"; - comments that they may be shifting again very shortly and may be going under canvas for a time; - notes she seems to be getting on fine with her gardening and expects when he gets home he will have to take a back seat where the gardening is concerned; - comments that he can just imagine what a temper Major would be in over moving his trees especially when Hawtin told him he would chop them down for him if he didn't shift them; - asks what did Miss Horne (nicknamed Cuckoo) say about it I wonder?; - is sorry to hear that father is poorly again and to tell him and mother that he will write in a few days; - wishes he was at home with all of them and hopes it wont be long before he is back;
