AND messuage in Woburn known as the 'Bell' as joint tenants

read money mortgages etc. to Jn Shefford of Woburn Abbey and dau in law Abigail Shefford as Trustees to be put out at interest towards maintaining & educating above granddaus till 24, or be married with probation and consent of their mother'.
