Recites indenture 30 March 1676 between 1) Thomas Crawley and Sara his wife, Edward Crawley, William Wright and Anne his wife 2) Edmond Castell, doctor of divinity of Higham Gobion (1) have given to (2) a) messuage in Barton now occ by Thomas Crawley or his undertenants b) 112 acs arable, meadow and pasture in Barton, Higham Gobion, Pulloxhill, Silsoe and Flitton belonging to the messuage c) all other messuages and lands of Thomas Crawley in those villages with all houses, orchards, commons, ways, etc. William Sheppard and Stephen Sheppard the younger, both yeomen of Higham Gobion, appointed attorneys
