Letter from G W Binns, Lonsdale Chambers, 27, Chancery Lane, London W C, to F Bassett, Esq., J P. He expected to have heard from J J Dymond this morning with reference to the £1000 loan. He offered to guarantee the interest if FPI advance the money, in which case he will take a deposit of the title deeds of the house as indemnity. If F P I decline and Mr Bassett can see his way to placing it, will have no objection to joining in mortgage deed.
