Bond granted to John Fann, Son of Thomas Fann, late of Silsoe, Innholder deceasd. Also attached document, John Fann of Silsoe, Collermaker alledged that Thomas Fann of Silsoe, Innholder died intestate and that as the natural and lawful Son of the said deceased he further alledged that Jane Fann, his mother in law and Relict of the said deceased has refused to take upon her Letters of Administration to the said Thomas Fann deceased and who renounced the same, John Fann be granted Letters of Administration for Thomas Fann Deceased as next of kin to the deceased.
