Lease Trustees of Jane Cart's Charity to Michael Queneborough, grocer, for 21 years from Lady day 1767 rent £25 - messuage or tenement situate in Dunstable abutting south west upon Watling Street and near to a messuage of John Miller esq, now in his own occupation on or towards the north and adjoining to a messuage or tenement now in the occupation of Edward Appleford on or towards the south. The messuage now is and for several years past has been in the occupation of Michael Queneboough. And also that malting or malthouse to the said messuage belonging now and for several years in the occcupation of John Landon.
