- messuage or farm house with the appurtenances wherein Thomas King, yeoman some time since dwelt and which was formerly in the occupation of Stanbridge Ginger deceased since of his personal representatives and then of William Pearson and late Bartholomew Pearson standing and being on the Green in Edlesborough - several piece or parcels in the common fields 112 acres 17 poles - other farm belonging to the trustees called Sparrow Hall Farm heretofore in he tenure of William Edell since of Stanbridge Ginger deceased consisting of a farm house divided into two tenements and four inclosed closes of sweard and arable land in all about 9.5 acres.
