Also attached document Jacob Ayers of Roxton in the County of Bedford, Farmer and alledged that he is the Husband of Susanna not now living, who was the Neice and next of kin to Elizabeth Rizely, late of Little Staughton in the County of Bedford, Spinster deceased and that Elizabeth Rizeley died intestate and that Letters might be granted to him in right of his said wife she being next of kin to the said deceased.
