    Copy of assignment: 26 February 1902 (1) Executors of J E Page deceased - Arthur Charles Joseph Powell of 6 Pump Court, Temple, London, esquire, barrister at law Henry Walls of 39 [?] Road, merchant Frank Walls Page of 14 Saint [Ann's] Street in the City of Manchester, electrical engineer (2) Herbert Page of Bedford, merchant (3) Cecil Henry Polhill Turner of Hazelwood, Bishops Avenue, East Finchley, London, esquire Recites indenture: 15 March 1878 between (1) Frederick Charles Polhill (2) Sir Henry Page Turner and Arthur Edward Polhill (3) Joel Agutter ... all that piece or parcel of ground situate on the southward side of the High Road leading from Bedford to Great Barford having a frontage to the said High Road of 180ft and then lately part of the Castle Mills brickyard, together with two cottages ... situate in the parish of Renhold, were demised unto the said Agutter .... from the 1st December then last past for the term of 99 years at the yearly rent of £1 Indenture: 28 May 1878 between (1) Joel Agutter (2) Henry Gillum Webb for mortgage of £200 Indenture 12 October 1886 between (1) Joel Agutter (2) John Elliott Page Indenture 27 November 1897 between: (1) Henry Gillum Webb (2) John Elliott Page Indenture 25 June 1886 between: (1) Frederick Edward Fiennes Polhill Turner (2) Joel Agutter (3) John Elliott Page ... all that piece of land situate in the parish of Renhold on the southward side of the High Road leading from Bedford to St Neots and adjoining the brook and then used as a brickyard and then lately in the occupation of the said Joel Agutter then of the said Mr J E Page continuing by estimation 6a 2r 12 3/4 p or thereabouts ... and also all that piece of pasture land also adjoining the said High Road and also adjoining the said brickyard and continuing by estimation 5a 29p or thereabouts and then occupied by William Rutland. ...Together with certain rights of digging clay and other materials and of making kilns and other works as therein mentioned. Tenancy of the brickyard from 6 April past to 11 October then next and thenceforward. Tenancy of the said pastureland from 11 October then next at yearly rents therein mentioned.
