Arhur James Jones & Samual Wilson Bedfordshire Quarter Sessions held at Bedford Presentmant of the Grand Jury :- Arthur James Jones & Samuel Wilson are charged with the following offence :- Statement of Offence :- Housebreaking & Larceny, contrary to section 26 (1) of the Larceny Act 1916 Particulars of he Offence :- Arthur James Jones & Samuel Wilon on the 22nd October 1922 at Heath & Reach in Bedfordshire broke & enetered the dwelling House of George Horn & stole a watch, a cigarette case & 1/2 pound of biscuits together of the value of 17 shillings & the sum of £3.19 shillings in money, the property of George Horn in he said dwelling house. arthur James Jones has been previously convicted of felony, to wit, shopbreking on 7th January 1922 at the Quarter Sessions for the County of Middlesex held in the Guildhall Westminster. Date of trial :- 3rd January 1923 Plea :- Jones, Guilty & admits previous. Wilson, not guilty Verdict :- Wilson, guilty of larceny Judgment :- Jones, 18 months with Hard Labour.
