To wit. These are to Certify that at the General Quarter Sessions of the Peace holden in and for the Borough of Leicester on the seventh day of April One Thousand Nine hundred and nineteen, Frank Tranded was upon his own confession duly tried and convicted of stealing a bicycle at Leicester, the property of James Allen on the twelfth day of February 1919 and that the said Frank Tranded was for such offence sentenced by the Court Three years detention in a Borstal Institution
