Refers to the transfer of certain mortgages and charges of portions of the Estate made 5 April 1905 between Beatrice Mary Spencer, Howell Powell Edwards and Richard Henry Cresswell of one part and Elizabeth Crossley, Julia Crossley and George Mason of the other part.
