-- dwelling house in Stanbridge where (i0 now lives - cottage where George Turpen lives, with passage thereto and yards to same, excepted.
To use of (i) for life: then 1/2 to William Turpen for ever, 1/2 to Alive and Jone Turpen until marriage or death of one of them, then to the other until her marriage or death: then to William Turpen
