(v) Lucy Mallabar of Wilburton in the Isle of Ely, Cambs, widow
(vi) Rev. William Hatfield of Lilley, Herts and wife Grace

Reciting will of Thomas Browne: 21 April 1748
In case (iii) should surrender her jointure within 6 months of testators decease a yearly rent of £400 to be charged on manors of Eatonsbury in Arlesey and Langford and rectories.
Above premises to heir, if no heir to (i) in trust to raise £5000 by portgage and pay it to (iii) to discharge several legacies.
To sister, (vi) and nephew Henry Bromfield, £1500 each
To sisters (iv) and (v) £500 each
Subject to above all property to (ii)
(i) appointed exec.
(iii) surrendered jointure
To corroborate and confirm to (iii) £400 p.a. and discharge legacies

Provided that if (ii) pay to (iv), (v), Henry Bromfeild and (vi) on 14 January next £1020 to (iv) and (v) and £1530 to Henry Bromfeild and William Hatfield in respect of their several principal sums of £1000, £1000, £1500 and £1500 then terms limited to them shall cease.
