    (i) Edward Manser, formerly of Tewin Mills, Herts, now of Hertford, seed crusher Richard Edridge, Bilston, Staffs, grocer (ii) Mary Morris, Shefford, widow Ann Mardell, Gravesend, Kent, widow John Brandon, Pitt Street, Sydney, Australia and wife Eliza (iii) Joseph Pryor, now of St Peters Square, Hammersmith, gent Recites marriage settlement of James Pryor and Elizabeth Smith. Elizabeth Pryor died without issue in April 1842 leaving Mary, Ann and Eliza (and also Sarah Berry, who died in 25 Feb 1860) her sisters and heirs under the marriage settlement. James Pryor died on 4 July 1861. (i) and (iii) appointed exors. Will proved (PPR) on 29 July 1861. Remainder of annuities under trusts of marriage settlement (after various accounts etc paid) transferred equally to (ii) Now (i) as exors of James Pryor, (ii) including Mary and Ann as ex'trixes of Sarah, discharge (iii) from any claims they may have against the estate and under the marriage settlement.
