John Aman and Hannah Bland remaine for not prossecuting their travors and not puting security.
Thomas Grimes committed 20th of September 1680 by George Abbott Esq and charged with a robery on the highway.
John Read and John Clarke committed 4th October 1680 by William Botter and Edmond Gardiner Esqs and charged with the robing a house of widdow Russell of Oakly.
Thomas Pitman committed 11th of October 1680 by William Daniell Esq and charged with the stealing of 11 sheepe.
George Collins committed 29th October 1680 by Sir John Napier knt and baronett and suspected for stealing a weather sheepe.
Ralph Bland committed 2nd December 1680 by William Daniell Esq upon suspition of stealing a mare.
Christopher Gunas committed 3rd January 1680 by William Spencer Esq for stealing 25 birch besoms.
John Clarke committed 20th December 1680 by Thomas Bromsell Esq and charged with stealing 3 sacks and 1 payr of boots.
