    (i) John Ratcliff, 140 Suffolk Street, Birmingham, Warwickshire, esq George Chambers, High Green House, near Sheffield, Yorkshire, esq (ii) Thomas Odell, Luton, blacksmith Reciting death of Sarah Dennis (mortgagor in deed of 30 October 1815) on 30 March 1832. Letters of admon. granted by PCC to sister Hannah Pressland, who died on 23 January 1841. Letters of admon. to unadmin. estate of Sarah Dennis were on 12 March 1849 granted by PCC to (i) who are now sole reps of Sarah Dennis, dec. Reciting also will of George Odell dated 29 June 1845 and app. of George W Baker and Edward Heightington as his trustees etc and devised to them (inter alia) - 16 freehold cottages with gardens etc (12 of which were incl. in mortgage of 30 October 1815) and other property in Aspley Guise Upon trust for sale, to pay debts etc an div. surplus between children (ii), Ann Levings, Martha Devereux and Sarah Asprey and the 3 children of his daughter Elizabeth, late wife of John Kendricks, then dec., equally. Sometime in 1849 (i) entered into possession of said mortgaged properties. Now due on said mortgage - £274.11s.1d Now in consideration of said sum paid to (i) by (ii) (i) release to (ii) - properties as above Freed from mortgage term of 1000 years Signatures of (i) Endorsed receipt Witnesses: Charles Ratcliff, Edgbaston and Benjamin Ellis Chambers, High Green House
