    (i) Samuel Findon, Kempston, yeoman and wife Susannah (only daughter of Thomas Dossiter) (ii) John Simons, Bedford, carpenter (iii) John Warden, senr, Sergeant Major serving in Beds Militia (iv) John Warden, jnr, Sergeant serving in Beds Militia James Morris, Sergeant serving in Beds Militia (trustees on behalf of (iii)) Reciting mortgage of 24 August 1799 [X763/9] on which £34.13s is now due. Now in consideration of £34.13s paid to (ii) and further sum of £17.7s paid to (i) by (iii) (total £52) (i) convey to (iii) - messuage now divided into 3 with garden belonging in Kempston E - common street N - newly erected dwelling house belonging to Samuel Findon S & W - close pasture and premises of Rev. Littlehales Formerly in occupation of Thomas Jones and Eleanor Ambridge and now Mary Ambridge, Mary Peacock and William Allen. - common pasture for two cows, a breeder and six sheep to go depasture and feed in the common fields of Kempston It is also agreed that to bar dower of Susannah and for other uses that (i) will levy fine to (iii) of the premises. Also in consideration of £34.13s to (ii) retained out of said sum od £52 and also 5s paid to him by (iv) (ii) with consent of (i) transfer to (iv) - said premises etc For remainder of said term of 500 years, in trust for (iii) Signatures of all Endorsed receipts Livery of seisin Witnesses: William Whitworth, Whitley Sale and Thomas Marks
