I HEREBY CERTIFY the following to be a true extract from the Minutes of the Luton Rural District Council of the 21st June 1920 : - It was resolved that it is expedient that the Footpath in the Parish of Stopsley referred to in the annexed noticed be diverted and stopped up and this Council hereby consent thereto viz – 1. From Hitchen Road at the Point C on the plan to the Public Highway or footpath leading to Butterfields Green at the point A on the plan and by a branch from R on the plan to the footpath at the point D 2. From the point Q on the plan to the point R on the plan. 3. From the point O on the plan to the point A and by a branch to the point S. And that is lieu of such footpaths so to be stopped up and diverted new footpaths be provided viz – 1. From the point C on the said plan to the point N on the said plan. 2. From the point Q to the Point M on the said plan. 3. From the point B on the said plan to the point A on the said plan. All which footpaths are shown on the plan signed by the Chairman and Clerk and that in pursuance of this resolution the Surveyor be instructed to apply to 2 Justices to view such paths and to pay all expenses incurred at such viewing.
