Waldegrave Cooper Battely, Charles Waldegrave Battely and Ellen Battely are now all over 21 and (ii) is their aunt.
Now to put an end to the trust and to vest the trust premises in (ii) absolutely.
(i) as trustees, at request of (ii), (iii), (iv) and (v) convey to (vi)
- all the premises in Bedford
To hold subject to the mortgage of 9 August 1869, to use of (ii)
Also (iii), (iv) and (v) in consideration of the love and affection they have towards their aunt assign to her:
- £556.3s.4d residue of the trust monies
To which they are entitled in reversion expectant on the decease of (ii)
