To hold for four years next following at annual rent 11 shillings in silver at two terms: 5s 6d at Michaelmas and 5s 6d at Annuciation, for all secular services and demands, and the said Joan shall do the accustomed services for the land to the capital lord of the fee. If rent unpaid, Joan can enter again not only the five acres, but also all other lands of the four tenants in the fields of Syvelesho.
