Lots 4 & 5 / Eleven freehold premises and premises at Kensworth, Beds Lot 6 / One freehold house at Studham, Beds Additional details for Lots 1 - 3 are contained within. Damage means majority of information on remaining properties missing although name of some tenants are present. To be sold at auction by Mr G Alexander Smith at the Sebright Arms Inn, Market Street [Markyate] on Friday 26 April 1867 Sales agreement on back of particulars, damaged (as above) but for William Adams of Market [Street] to purchase Lot 5 for £150
