Herts) --- The Manor of Cauldwell Priory in the parish of St Marys, Bedford with appurtenances, a capital messuage in the same parish in the occ. of O B, Grove Close containing 6 acres, lying near to the said capital messuage, a close called Pond alias Pound Yard containing 5 acres, Water Close containing 10 acres and "the longe walke" thereunto adjoining, and Bell Close containing 5 acres, all in St Marys. Also 4 cottages in Cauldwell Street, St Marys in the several occ. of Thomas Hewett, Henry Berry, Edward Sharpe and Henry Lane.
