Reciting that William Stewardson, late of Bedford gent. dec. made his will being possessed of messuage below, and will was made 11 July 1836 and proved Archdeaconry of Bedford 14 May 1840 by which he gave to his three sons John, William and Henry as above freehold estate in High Street or Tavistock Street New Town in Bedford Saint Peter; and bequeathed to them also all personal estate and debts; that there might be doubts as to whether the property below passed by his will as recited above
