    (i) Pattee Byng, Viscount Torrington, and wife Charlotte (ii) George Byng Esq, second son of George, late Lord Torrington (iii) Charles Montagu, City of Westminster, Esq (iv) Thomas Corbett, St Margaret, Westminster, Esq (v) George Pocock, Greenwich, Kent, Esq Edmund Bramston, St James, Westminster (vi) William Daniel, Yokes, Kent, Esq - Reciting the marriage settlement of 22 May 1724 - Reciting also the deed of 2 March 1732 - Reciting also the deed of 18 June 1652 - Reciting that George, late Viscount Torrington, purchased part of last mentioned lands, for residue of said mortgage term of 500 years for £1650 and are now vested in said Pattee, Viscount Torrington. Said Pattee, Viscount Torrington has since the death of said George, purchased the residue of said premises for remainder of term of 500 years for £2400 - Reciting also lease and release of 23 and 24 November 1741 - Reciting also lease and release of 4 and 5 April 1733 - Reciting bargain and sale of 11 May 1742 and enrolled in Chancery - Reciting lease and release of 12 and 13 March 1734 - Reciting that sum of £1100 for purchase of moiety of was part of sum of £8000 mentioned in marriage settlement - Reciting deed of 13 March 1734 Now in consid. of sum of £2400 paid by (iii) to (i), being part of said £8000, (iv) at request etc of (i) and (iii) releases to (v) - all property in lease and release of 23 and 24 November 1741 as were conveyed by Sir Wolstan Dixie to Thomas Corbett Said property is now in possession of (v) by virtue of a lease made to them by (iv) dated the previous day, for one whole year Also (i) assigns to (vo) - all property comprised in said term of 500 years in trust Also in consid. of £140 and £400 paid by (iii) to (i) being part of said sum of £8000 (i) releases to (v) - 8 1/2 acres of freehold arable land in common fields of Clifton - 4 acres in common meadow of Clifton - all other property in Clifton purchased by (i) from John and Elizabeth Matthews - coney warren in Southill - all other property sold by Sir Edward Pickering to (i) by deed of 11 May 1742. Said property is now in possession of (v) by virtue of a lease made to them by (i) dated the previous day, for one year Also (iii) releases to (v) - moiety of rectory of Southill - moiety of tithes arising within township of Southill - all other property comprised in lease and release of 12 and 13 March 1734 from Humphrey Fyshe and Henry Fyshe Palmer and are now vested in (iii) by survivorship Said property now in possession of (v) by virtue of a lease made to them by (iii) dated the previous day, for one whole year It is agreed that (v) shall hold the various properties upon various uses and trusts i.e. for the benefit of Pattee, Viscount Torrington, during his life, and to (iii) in trust for the children of (i) and in default of such children, to the use of (ii) and his children and in default to the uses in deed of 2 March 1732 concerning Manors of Westhay and Faldo in Higham Gobion to take effect after death of (ii) Various provisions for raising portions for the children of (i). - Reciting also that Pattee, Viscount Torrington, holds of the Manor of Henlow Grey - 3 arable lands in fields of Henlow called dogditch and in a furlonf called the Stert (1 1/2acs.)
