...my messuage or inn with appurts. called the Bell in Markett Street [Markyate Street] in Bedfordshire and all land belonging to it, which are now in the tenure of George Sayers, the reversion on death of son Stephen, to the parson and churchwarden of the parish of Penwortham, Lancaster, on trust to "yearly and every yeare forever place out to apprentice in London two poore boyes borne in Hutton in the parish of Penwortham or within some other village or place in the same parish"
