    (i) George Healey, 79 Windsor Street, Wolverton, Bucks, railway pensioner William Healey, Newport Pagnell, Bucks, licensed victualler (ii) said George Healey said William Healey Elizabeth Everett, Aspley Heath, widow Jane Pearce, wife of James Pearce, Aspley Heath, rope manufacturer Mary Ann Barnett, wife of Thomas Samuel Barnett, 72 Murray Road, Rugby, Warwickshire, bricklayer (iv) Elizabeth Sarah Healey, wife of George Healey Reciting will of James Healey, late of Woburn Sands, dated 14 August 1899 by which he directed that his property should be sold and proceeds, after expenses had been paid by sons, (i), should be equally divided between children, (iii). Will contained no appointment of an executor. Said James Healey died on 25 January 1912. Letters of administration, with will annexed were on 29 April 1912 granted (Northampton) to (ii). Reciting also that (i) have agreed to sell to purchaser for £395. Questions have arisen regarding the construction of the will, so (iv) has requested that (iii) as beneficiaries, as well as (ii) the administrator and (i) the vendors Now in consideration of £395 paid by (iv) to (i) (i), (ii) and (iii) grant and confirm to (iv) - 3 messuages or cottages formerly in the parish of Aspley Guise but now in the parish of Aspley Heath, etc, late in the occ. of Pearce, Dickens and Hewitt, and now of Marsh, Dickens and Genn, and lying on west side of road from Woburn Sands to Little Brickhill.
