On death of Aaron Gibbs, son Lacy entered on premises by died without heirs before admission
At court held 30 September 1724 Moses Gibbs was admitted to premises but died later without heirs
Now: Thomas Tew, in person of Thomas Tew Jnr, admitted to property attested by George Draper, steward
