    (i) to (v), No 1. Certificate of Justices view of a certain highway or footpath at Limbury in the Parish of Limbury in the County of Bedford proposed to be diverted & stopped up, To His Majesty's Justices of the Peace in & for the County of Bedford in General Sessions assembled. We the undersigned Walter James Primett & Charles Dillingham Esquires are hereto set & subscribed being 2 of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace acting in & for the Petty Sessions Division of Luton in the said County in pursuance of the statute made & passed in the fifth & sixth years of the reign of King William 1V cap50 the document describes the plans, supplied by Harold Pickering the surveyor for Luton Rural District Council, showing the old & the proposed new footpaths though the Parish of Limbury. That the SKEFKO Allotment Society have consented, by a writing under it's seal dated 18th February 1921, to the proposed changes in the footpath on certain lands belonging to them. That the Justices did direct the Rural District Council to fix Public Notices in various places including the parish churches of Limbury & St Marys in Luton for 4 successive weeks & also to be printed in the Luton News for the same time. Given under our hands at Luton in the Parish of Luton & within the Petty Sessionsal Division of Luton in the County of Bedford this 21st February 1921 W J Primett C Dillingham Justices of the Peace acting in & for the Petty Seasonal Divison of Luton in the County of Bedford
