    (i) Thomas Hawley, Clapham, husbandman (ii) Rev. Edmund Williamson, Campton, clerk (iii) William Ruffhead, Kempston, husbandman, and wife Catherine (v) Sarah Wing, Bedford, widow (vi) George Peregrine Nash, Bedford, common brewer Reciting will of Thomas Hawley, dec. and that Elizabeth Ruffhead and Catherine Teeley are the two daughters of said dec. and (i) is the son. Reciting also the death of Catherine Hawley, widow of Thomas, in May 1829 and that Elizabeth and Catherine have 2 x 1/3 shares in property of dec. Now in consid. of £105 paid to (iv) at request of (i) by (v) and in consid. of £50 paid to (ii) at request of (i) and (iii) by (v) and in consid. of £45 paid to (iii) paid by (v) at request of (i) [total, with £10 paid by (i) to (iii) and (iv) - £210 being their full interest in the property devised by will of Thomas Hawley, dec. i.e. 2 shares of £105 each. (i), (ii), (iii) and (iv) release to (vi) - messuage with close of pasture adj. (2 acs.) now in occ. of (iii) at Up End otherwise East End in Kempston - allotment in Gravel Field (1 ac. 11p) - allotment in Gravel Field (1 rd. 25p) To be held by (vi) in trust for (v) However if (i) repays to (v) the said sum of £200 and interest at 4 1/2% p.a. then (vi) will reconvey the premises to him Signatures of (i) and (iv) Endorsed receipts (£105 to iv, £50 to ii and £45 to iii) from (v) Witnesses: John Pearse, clerk to Messrs Pearse and Son, solicitors of Bedford
