    (i) Alfred Hanscombe of St. Alban's, Herts, ironmonger (ii) Dan Brown of Luton, baker James Pryor, late of Stopsley, Luton but now of Dunkirks nr Hertford, farmer Joseph Pryor, late of Charlotte Street, Bloomsbury, Middlesex, grocer, now of Peter Sq., Hammersmith, Middlesex, gent Recites: Z11/5-6 Whereas: Issue of marriage was Richard, Ann, Ruth Jun., William and Maria Whereas: Philip d. Nov 1829; w. Ruth d. 2 Apr 1833 Whereas: Ann married Richard Kentish Ruth Jnr. married David Hutson Maria married Thomas Hanscombe of Harpenden, Herts, butcher, 19 Feb 1827 and died in lifetime of father leaving (i) her only child and heir who has attained 21 years John Brown died sometime ago leaving Chris Pryor his surviving co Trustee who died after making will 26 Jan 1824 appointing (ii) execs who proved it 2 Mar 1825 PCC Ann Pryor died in lifetime of Ruth Gutteridge, widow and money devolving on latter was rec. by trustees of marriage articles Dan Brown declined to interfere in execution of trusts of said articles. Whereas: At death of Ruth gutteridge, widow, the entire trust premises consisted of £365.12s.3d 3% consols in names of James and Joseph Pryor no part of which has been invested in land but on 25 Sep 1833 trustees at request of Richard gutteridge, Richard and ann Kentish and David and Ruth Hutson sold £213.19s.3d 3% consols being 3/5 of total and paid the same to Richard Gutteridge, Richard Kentish and David Hutson in satisfaction of their shares Whereas: Trustees after death of said Ruth Gutteridge retained £142.13s.6d 3% consold (residue of total which with accumulations thereon totals £228.9s.8d) Whereas: (i) requested that £114.4s.10d 3% consols being half of last mentioned sum (1/5 of original total) be sold, which has been done and proceeds of £103.6s.1d had been paid to (i) Now: releases and acquits (ii) of all claims etc under said trust Signature of (i) Witness: Richard Smith Jnr, clerk to Richard Smith, 298 Holborn, London, solicitor
